Colonel Doctor Richter H. Moore, Jr. (1928-1996) was chair of the Department of Political Science from 1983 to 1996. The Richter H. Moore, Jr. Papers contain the professional working papers of Dr. Richter Moore, Jr. including drafts and finished manuscripts, course materials, and correspondence related to the department chair and university committee work.
