The Ashe County, NC Midwifery records consists of photocopies of an unknown midwife's records recorded from 1932-1938. The records include the names of parents and babies, birthdates, parental occupations and marital status, and other demographic information.
"Ballads, Poems and Folklore. History of Yadkin County" manuscript
The manuscript consists of 41 pages of hand-written ballads, poems and folklore, including Auld Lang Syne, Bonny Barbara Allen, The Wife of Usher's Well, and anecdotes on Yadkin County court trials. The author's first name is Mildred but the surname is unknown due to insect damage. The handwriting appears to be that of an elementary school student.

One ledger with calculations of coal for Hazleton, Pennsylvania lands. The ledger contains approximately 100 filled pages of statistics of various coal companies with their respective amount of coal mined, exhausted, virgin, thickness, and pillars. The volume is dated 1910 June 11-21.
