This collection includes salary summations, meeting minutes, self-studies, curricula, budget information, and correspondence. Topics include the Department of Speech, the China Project, and administrative operations.

Abstract

The Department of Philosophy and Religion was established in 1965 and since 1968, has been in the College of Arts and Sciences. These records contain academic and administrative files including meeting minutes, faculty annual reports to the department, teaching evaluations, syllabi, guidelines, and other papers pertaining to courses and coursework between 1970 and 1996.

Abstract At Appalachian State University, Dr. Richard Howe has served as a professor in the Department of Leadership and Educational Studies in the Reich College of Education, as Director of Compliance Programs, and as Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity Programs.
