Outgoing Correspondence—Loyal Jones (Berea) Parts 1-2, 1973-1977

 File — Box: 16, folders: 4-5

Series Description

From the Series:

Series 3 consists of correspondence with related materials of the Appalachian Consortium. These materials include letters, memorandums, brochures, press clippings, and mailing lists. Topics covered in this series relate to meeting notifications, dues reminders and thank-you letters, public relations, advertisements from related or area businesses, special projects, fundraising, and correspondence covering various authors whose work was under consideration for publication. There are some gaps in the general correspondence, which ceases after July 1982. After 1990, correspondence was not filed separately but rather filed among other materials by the subject to which it pertained. The folders are arranged alphabetically by subject or correspondence type, and chronologically within the subject heading. However, some files have overlapping span dates.
