Content Description

The collection relates to Dorothy Florence Comer Thomas' time as a student at Appalachian State Teachers College. Included are her grade reports, registration cards, student activities tickets and receipts, and student handbooks. Her yearbooks are included because of the handwritten notes and signatures contained within. Additionally, the collection includes history of the Bailey family (written by Thomas) and a photograph album of black and white images of Boone, the Appalachian campus, classmates, faculty, Thomas, and her family.
