Scope and Contents

This collection consists of a letter sent by B. H. Hudson, cashier at Alabama Penny Savings and Loan Co. in Birmingham, Ala., to W. M. Scarborough, a customer of the bank. Hudson informs Scarborough that his note of $5.40 plus interest is overdue. He further states that if the note isn't paid, the bank may proceed with legal action.
