The Brazillar and Sallie Davis Family Bible is the family Bible of Brazillar and Sallie Proffitt Davis of Watauga County, North Carolina. The Davises married in 1887. The bible contains records of their family members' births, deaths, and marriages dating from 1868 to 1961.

The Sarah Louisa Shull Photograph consists of a negative of Sarah Louisa Shull's photograph and a digital reproduction of this photograph as well as a two page description of Shull. Sarah Louisa Shull (1833-1932) was a native of Watauga County, North Carolina. She is best known for her affair with David Colvert "Colb" McCanles, who was killed by James Butler "Wild Bill" Hickok in 1861.
