This collection consists of seventeen 24" x 36" blueprints with diagrams of Western Maryland Railway's 1937 expansion project illustrating the Randolph Avenue Overhead off of U.S. Routes 250 and 219 in Elkins, West Virginia.

They are bound in a leather book. Companies include the Western North Carolina Rail Road Company, the Greenville and French Board Rail Road Company, and the Cincinnati, Cumberland Gap, and Charleston Railroad.
