This collection consists of a photograph folder containing six 4x4 inch photographs of an unidentified African American family in Greenville, South Carolina, circa 1950s. The photographs includes three different snapshots of a pre-school aged child on a tricycle, one of the child in a push carriage, one of a young man with both the child and a dog on his lap and two older men in the background, and one of a man sitting on a bicycle.

This collection consists of a broadisde advertising the Queen Toy Spiritual Band of Parkersburg, West Virginia. This particular broadside does not include a performance venue or date. It does include a photograph of the band, which was primarily composed of children with a few adults. According to the broadside, the band made "real music on toy instruments and sing old time hymns and negro spirituals in a new and most original way." The broadside is dated circa 1940.
