Abstract Onnie Mell Busbin Jr. was a professor of Library Science at Appalachian State University from 1967-1991. Busbin's papers are mainly from his tenure at Appalachian State University and include his teaching materials and syllabi, as well as various correspondence, news clippings, and audiocassettes. Busbin has researched and contributed to the field of library science, with his expertise in conservation, preservation, and children’s literature.
